There’s a guy here who wears way too much scent. I’d love to have him called up for it, but he’s so senior there’s no way anyone would talk to him about it seriously. Gah!

No one who can be toalked to ever wears that much scent to begin with, and those that have have been talked to already. but I wish we would just institute a completely scent free workplace, it would be so much nicer.

I printed out the Lung Association of Canada’s scent-free brochure to give to my boss (who is the overall boss as well.) I’ve also sent him an email outlining my issues, and making a point that others have commented on the situation as well.

tell them why you’re going home, and then leave. let them see you stagger down the hall stumbling into walls on the way to the boss’ office.

I’m not even the most heavily affected. One girl is severly allergic, and one is prone to migraines. I just happen to be the one in the centre of the office so I’m most frequently affected.

if THREE people are allergic to it, how can it NOT have been banned already?
        that is insane.

Things around here move very, VERY slowly. It makes me crazy, since I prefer to have immediate action on everything.

if the three of you walk out one day when it’s particulary bad, they MUST do something.
