More Ebay Wedding things

This auction’s Title is very amusing to me. And yet sad at the same time.

This one is just kinda neat, in that classic shakespearean sort of way. I like it, but I don’t think it would look good on me.

Still though, the style I like is the one that Vachel initially showed me he was going to work on. A lady I work with has told me that she could get me silk direct from India (her family will bring me silk from there at extremely cheap if I ask…) Now if only I had someone here who could sew. Although I think her family won’t be here again until July, so that might be cutting it way too close.

Other options are presenting themselves also. We shall see what happens.

You can also look at regular dresses… my wedding dress was from a formal store, and was a simple sheath dress with the most wonderful bolero jacket, all in a cream fabric, with some nice detailing on the jacket.

Not technically designed for a weddinng, but damn, it really looked nice for the event. 🙂

Yah, I’ve been thinking about that as well. It would still be nice to find something that Vachel can paint on, though… he said he’d still like to do that, and I would like it if he could too. Apparently silk is the best for something like that.

There’s a lot of options for wedding dresses. I bet you find something absolutely wonderful. 😀

Oh, there are lots of options… the problem is many of them require more money than I’ve got. 😀

Right now I’m looking at getting Adam’s mom’s dress and altering it to fit me. She was about the same size then as I am now… it might work. (and be teh cheap!)
