I have biked in to work the past two days. Well, sort of… I’ve biked from my house to the seabus, then from the other side of the seabus ride to my work, so not a long ride at all, but it’s been good for getting me back into biking shape. Once I’m comfortable, I’m going to try biking over the Lion’s Gate Bridge on the way home from work at the very least. I’m not sure how long it will take, since I have to go over to West Vancouver to reach the bridge in the first place. I’ve done that trip a couple of times, I think it maybe took around 20 minutes or so, but I wasn’t in shape then so maybe it will be faster once I am.

I was fine when I got home yesterday, but today all my relevant muscles ache. It’s a good ache though. Hooray for biking!
